The Belleair Beach build is a full-scope coastal project led by Sand & Stoned, encompassing
exterior and interior design, build coordination, landscaping planning, and full interior and exterior
styling. The homeowner resides in Vermont, requiring a design process built on clarity, trust, and
consistent communication.
After the home was impacted by hurricanes in 2025, the project required resilience and
adaptability. Design decisions were made with longevity and durability in mind, ensuring the home
could withstand future storms while remaining refined and timeless.
From Vision to Plans

Detailed floor plans and 3D layouts were essential in aligning the client, builder, and trades. These visuals allowed decisions to be finalized early, reducing on-site guesswork and maintaining design intent.
The Build in Progress

As construction progressed, Sand & Stoned worked closely with contractors to ensure accuracy and continuity. Serving as the client’s on-the-ground representative allowed for timely decisions and seamless execution.
Interior Vision & Details

Interior design planning focused on light, proportion, and livability. Custom seating moments and thoughtful layouts ensure the home feels both elevated and comfortable.
Styling & Material Direction

Material selections and styling concepts were curated to complement the coastal architecture while maintaining durability. Each element contributes to a cohesive interior and exterior vision.
Looking Ahead
The Belleair Beach build represents the Sand & Stoned approach: design-led decisions, strong collaboration with contractors, and thoughtful guidance for clients building from afar. As the project continues, the vision remains clear — a resilient, timeless coastal home.
